E. Burke Anderson
President & CEO
Mr. Anderson is the President & CEO of North Atlantic Networks, LLC (NAN). In 1994 Mr. Anderson founded iCi, The Internet Connection, Inc. and grew it to the 4th largest of hundreds of regional ISP's in New England and the 100th largest nationwide. In 1998, Mr. Anderson sold iCi to Winstar and then re-entered the industry in 1999 when he founded North Atlantic Networks, Inc. (NAII). In 2001 Mr. Anderson repurchased iCi from the bankrupt Winstar and combined NAII and iCi to form NAN. Currently NAN is the largest Super Regional Tier 1 Network Services Provider in the Northeast covering all of New England and metro New York.

Prior to 1994 Mr. Anderson held several senior Engineering positions at such major Fortune 100 companies as Agfa, Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipment Corporation, Eastman Kodak and the Department of Energy.

Mr. Anderson graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1987 with a B.S. in Computer Science and completed his M.S. in Computer Science at Boston University in 1993.

William Reynolds
Director of Sales
Mr. Reynolds joined North Atlantic Networks in 2004. Mr. Reynolds brings over 16 years of sales and sales management experience to North Atlantic Networks and has a wide-spread expertise of the industry at both a strategic and operational level. Mr. Reynolds is responsible for North Atlantic Networks’ Sales and Marketing Groups. Prior to joining North Atlantic Networks, Mr. Reynolds held management and sales positions with companies including RCN, Arch Communications, Fox Computer and Budget Rent a Car Corporation. Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Plymouth State University.

Stephen J. Cronin
Director of Network Engineering
Mr. Cronin has nearly fifteen years in the high-tech industry with the majority of experience in the Internet arena. He is currently responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's network to include varying customer-facing servers, extranet servers and intranet servers, and their redundant counterparts. He is also responsible for NAN's SONET ring, IP backbone, and collocations in telecom hotels and ILEC central office locations. Mr. Cronin has varying industry certifications in Cisco and Microsoft technology. Mr. Cronin previously held technical and management positions at Xerox and HarvardNet. Mr. Cronin received his Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, with degrees in History and Economics, and a Minor in Business Administration.

Barbara Colwell
Director of Finance
Ms. Colwell has over twenty years experience in the Financial field holding positions at Kraft/General Foods in New York for eight years in both their domestic and international divisions as a Financial Analyst. After moving to New Jersey, Barbara worked for nine years for Humphreys Management & Tax Services handling the monthly accounting for many of the firm's clients. She then moved over to the Non-Profit field and worked for nine years for the Association of Schools and Agencies for the Handicapped as Business Manager and Insurance Coordinator. Barbara has been working for North Atlantic Networks LLC since 2002 in the Finance Department. She has a degree from Elizabeth Seton College in Hastings, New York.

Tammy Lynn Sivo
Director of Technical Services
Ms. Sivo brings extensive high-tech and telecommunications experience to North Atlantic Networks in areas of data and voice provisioning, customer service, enterprise escalations management and technical support. Her responsibilities include the management, development and training of the Technical Services Department. She adds more than 15 years of high-tech experience to NAN's management team. Ms. Sivo has developed a dynamic relationship with NAN's enterprise clients and has developed efficient, accurate and reliable provisioning systems to implement, manage, and expedite client implementations. Ms. Sivo's top priority is to exceed customer expectations while delivering the highest quality technical services.

Most recently, Ms. Sivo was the Director of Operations at TeleNetwork Services. In addition, she has been recognized throughout her career for outstanding performance and customer support.

Jonathan Chorlian
General Counsel
Mr. Chorlian, as NAN's General Counsel, is responsible for evaluating carrier contracts with NAN providers as well as participating in the front-line negotiations to establish on-going business relationships. Mr. Chorlian is also responsible for maintaining, updating and negotiating the various enterprise and wholesale contractual documents NAN provides to its clients. Finally, he is responsible for review of telecommunications compliance documents for NAN's technical operations. Previously, Mr. Chorlian was a Partner at Orr & Reno of Concord, New Hampshire, participating in a multitude of areas, including executive compensations packages, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications contract negotiations, bankruptcy proceedings and estate and property management. Mr. Chorlian is a graduate of the Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
