Configuring Email
How to configure Outlook 97/98/2000

Open Outlook 98.
Click Tools.
Select Accounts.
Select your NAII account.
Click the Properties button.
In the Name box, type your name.
In the Email address box, type your email address (e.g., username@naii.net).
Select the Servers tab.
In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) box, type smtp.naii.net
In the Incoming mail (POP3) box, type pop.naii.net
For Imcoming Mail Server, select Logon using: Account Name, Password.
In the Account name box, type your username@naii.net
In the Password box, type your password.
Do not check My server requires authentication.
Select the Connection tab.
Select Connect using my phone line.
From the drop-down list, choose your NAII connection.
Select the Advanced tab.
The Outgoing mail (SMTP) port should be 25.
The Incoming mail (POP3) port should be 110.
Do not check either of the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) boxes.
Click the OK button.
